- ดูแล และ manage ทีม Production
- ประสานงานกับ AE ในความต้องการของลูกค้า, ประเมินงาน, ควบคุมต้นทุนและระยะเวลาเบื้องต้น และให้ข้อมูลและคำแนะนำกับ AE และลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับ Creative และ MCN ให้ผลิตผลงาน ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า ภายใต้งบประมาณและระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- ดูแลงาน Pre / Pro / Post Production
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ตีโจทย์แตก ทำงานตามความต้องการของลูกค้าได้ดี
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์และทัศนคติที่ดี ในการประสานงานและทำงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ และทำงานเป็นทีมได้อย่างราบรื่น และลุล่วง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิดีโอโปรดักชั่น โปรดิวเซอร์ และการผลิตรายการ
- มีความเข้าใจด้านสื่อออนไลน์และแนวคิดทางการตลาด
