Assistant to Managing Director

atMoindy Digital Co., Ltd.
  • Meeting management: scheduling and setting up internal and external meetings including agenda management, preparation presentation, minute taking, action tracking and relevant communication.
  • Project Coordination: planning, designing, developing and implementation different projects.
  • Follow up the progress of all functions and pending up from meetings with internal departments to ensure the progress as agreed.
  • Do market research & market analysis to develop new service, present the results and write into reports.
  • Evaluating products or services, examining potentials and risks by studying market, and competitors.
  • High ability to use Line application to communicate and provide response immediately.
  • High performance in decision-making, analyzing and solving problems.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with proficiency in collaborating with other staffs and departments.
  • Excellent skills in researching information/data from Google to provide effective information.
  • Able to use Facebook for business objective including boosting posts to promote online marketing.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as required.
