Real Estate Consultant
atMLN Consultant (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Responsible to manage daily sales operation
- Collect and analyse the feedback related to the sales matter and assist in product development
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Ethical mind, positive attitude, good interpersonal, communication skills & work under pressure
- Work closely in a team to achieve overall team objectives
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
- Gaining a clear understanding of customer's businesses and requirements
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary, any field
- Specialized MANDARIN writing and speaking and THAI
- No Experience or more than 1 year(s) of working experience level
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
- Be able to start work immediately

Salary
- 40,000 - 90,000 THB, Negotiable, commission paid with salary
