Responsibilities

• Manage online marketplace (ex. company sales channels, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok shop) with daily activities including  planning promotional campaigns, customer service, sales promotion, visibility, stock availability and daily operation issues
• Set up campaign on platforms, ensure targets, data and creative is uploaded and objective/budget set correctly to achieve the objectives and KPIs
• Establish strong relationships with platforms and partner (ShopeeLazada), working with the manager and commercial team on account management, and monthly & quarterly performance review.
• Ensuring that all commercial activities meet targets on sales, budget, cost, volume
• Manage to maximize GMV with day-to-day 
• Coordinated with internal departments i.e. graphic, logistics, warehouse, finance and marketing team 
• Review monthly sales report, reimbursement, purchasing order and expenses and report to the manager 

Requirement

• Proactive – self-starter with strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills
• 1-3 years strong experience with ecommerce and business development (experience in Character and Licensing industry is a plus).
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot table etc)
• Analytical, data driven, attentive to details.
• Strong communication and utilization skills
