OPD Patient Finance Supervisor
atMedpark Hospital- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการเรียกเก็บค่ารักษาพยาบาล การออกใบแจ้งหนี้ และการรับชำระเงินให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
- ตรวจสอบสิทธิการรักษา กรมธรรม์ประกันภัย ส่วนลด และค่าใช้จ่ายที่ผู้ป่วยต้องชำระเอง
- ดูแลการปิดยอด Cashier Shift Report ตรวจสอบเงินสด เช็ค และรายการบัตรเครดิต พร้อมนำส่งตามระเบียบ
- ประสานงานกับทีมบัญชี บริษัทประกัน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านการเงินผู้ป่วย
- บริหารและกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของทีมงาน จัดการข้อร้องเรียน และให้บริการผู้ป่วยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สนับสนุนการใช้งานระบบ HIS และจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินเพื่อการบริหารงาน
