CCU Manager

- Develop and execute departmental strategies, goals, and performance indicators aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation effectively.
- Promote employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, and leadership growth within the unit.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and patient safety practices.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based nursing practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.Monitor, analyze, and report operational, quality, safety, and financial performance metrics.
- Oversee patient and family feedback management and enhance patient experience initiatives.
