Who You'll Work With

You will be based in one of our office in the Asia-Pacific region as part of our learning team and overall as part of a 30-member People team (including recruiting, professional development and staffing, learning and human resources). You will drive and deliver learning to consultants across cohorts in our Southeast Asia office including developing strategy, implementing operations, people management/development and program management.


What You'll Do

You will deliver the mandatory core central learning programs.
In this role, you will own the full execution of the new hire onboarding program in Asia Southeast office (ASO) working closely with ASO Professional Development team, which includes but is not limited to end-to-end delivery of onboarding programs – ranging from preparing the new hire roster, recruiting faculty, managing pre/post-program outreach, overseeing logistics, serving as faculty (as needed), managing program finances, and collecting/evaluating participant feedback.
You will also develop and manage program experience of new joiners – coordinating with leaders in people and learning functions, faculty, and using feedback surveys to elevate the program experience. You will provide guidance to new joiners to ensure consultants receive the required development opportunities while at the early stage of their journey with the firm. You will work closely with onboarding central team to continuously refine and develop program content.
You will manage blended/integrated learning journeys, understand program content and objectives, and supporting cohort priorities, projects and program development at the local and regional level. You will identify specific local and regional learning needs based on feedback from reviews and other channels. You will also manage the development of customized and tailored learning modules to meet the above-mentioned learning needs. You will also be in lead for the end-to-end delivery and management of local/regional learning modules, collaborating closely with leaders in people and learning functions, and local office learning champions. You will own faculty relationships: serve as point of contact and key resource for all core and extended faculty; manage internal and external faculty scheduling escalating issues as needed. You will collaborate with other learning groups as needed.
You will coordinate with firm partner Learning team to shape, deliver, and scale the learning agenda for partners and senior hires in ASO. You will connect with the central team to understand the full portfolio of offerings and shape the learning agenda for ASO. You will coordinate with the central team on program content, trained faculty sourcing, and feedback monitoring. You will administer and deliver the various partner learning modules during the year. You will solicit and manage feedback collection to continuously improve program content and format. You will think through and implement innovations to improve the effectiveness of the partner Learning program.
You will selectively augment the learning of consultants through the appointment of selected external coaches. You will create and maintain a live roster of external coaches across locations. You will map and match individual coaching requests to external coaches. You will monitor effectiveness of coaching interventions and make modifications as needed and appropriate. You will also manage the administrative processes including obtaining approvals for coaching assignments, preparing coaching contracts, coordinating with Finance for payments, etc. You will also help develop learning strategy and plans, including defining learning needs, forecasting demand for future programs, developing learning calendar, and providing input to program objectives. You will monitor annual program budget and track program expenses. You will monitor key metrics, feedback scores, and act where required. You will also improve processes and implement best practices for program administration and delivery; and work with other specialists to operationalize, standardize and codify delivery processes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred
  • 6+ years of overall experience in a professional services environment
  • 2+ years of exposure to learning/training
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong orientation towards teamwork and collaboration
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to establish presence and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
