Maintains daily accounting activities. Summarizes current financial status and reports to directors.

• Prepare monthly and financial reports
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements to both local and overseas suppliers
• Prepare invoices to clients and following up on past-due invoices
• Organize and maintain up to date financial records
• Prepare WHT certificates, Tax invoices
• Organize documents and filing system
• Respond promptly to managers' queries
• Assist any tasks as assigned

• Vocational or higher qualification or Bachelor's degree in any fields
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, and withholding tax regulations
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports
• Superior organization skills, ability to prioritize work and impeccable multi-tasking abilities
• Good command in English
• Can start immediately would be advantaged
