Business Development Internship (3PM - 12AM)

Role Overview
You will be a key member of the Manatal sales team assisting in the successful acquisition of new clients. This role is for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is seeking a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads in order to ensure that potential customers match defined eligibility criteria.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Use cold calling and other outbound tactics to reach out to prospects, creating a great first impression and inspiring them to learn how Manatal can benefit their business.
  • Research accounts, identify prospective key stakeholders through outbound research methods.
  • Understand and analyze customers' business needs, technical requirements, and current challenges. Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate value.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects, then set up meetings between prospects and members of our Customer Success team.
  • Utilize Outreach sequences to achieve weekly prospecting metrics and optimize prospecting techniques.
  • Hit and consistently exceed targets.
  • Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM.
  • Analyze commercial results to identify potential opportunities and improvements in products, technology, and internal operational models.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the CEO and management.


Requirements

  • 0-3 years of business development experience.
  • Excellent consultative and solution-selling skills.
  • Superb communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High energy levels, a high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, and confidence.
  • Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment.
  • Comfortable using tools such as CRM for process management and reporting.
  • Comfortable with different shift allocation (3 PM to 12 AM).

Working with Manatal
This role is based at our Bangkok office, located in the heart of the city center.
As a team of diverse cultures and nationalities, English proficiency is required.
We enjoy collaborating in person, and the team works on-site.
