Logman Auto | Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and gross profit (GP) targets.

• Identify and acquire new customers and continuously develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and cost analyses to ensure competitive and profitable solutions.
• Coordinate with Operations, vendors, and relevant internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor sales pipelines, revenue, GP, and business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and regular business performance reports for the General Manager.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to support the company's growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Transportation, Trucking, or Container Haulage is required.
• Direct experience in container trucking / haulage operations is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of costing, pricing, gross profit (GP), and margin management.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and able to work independently.
