Legal, BOI and Patent Officer
atLiving Insider- Assist in ensuring that the operation of the company's business complies with laws and other prevalent regulatory provisions.
- Draft, review and negotiate all legal agreements.
- Coordinating with Patent/BOI for Patent/BOI activities and consultation for solving that concern with Patent/BOI System and Patent/BOI Process
- Consult all business units regarding all legal issues/questions.
- Submit all application of the Patent/BOI privileges, follow up and get the Patent/BOI approval
- Preparing the document for Patent/BOI requirement
- Report the project progress for Patent/BOI
- Supporting in general affair section
- Male/Female Age 25 - 40 years old
- Master /Bachelor's degree of laws or related field.
- Experienced in BOI/Patent will be advantage
- Experienced in draft and review international contracts and agreements would be an advantage
- Good command of written & spoken English and computer literacy
- Commitment cooperative and energetic
- Strong analytical, negotiation, problem solving and time management skills
- Excellent in interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Work well under pressure.
- Able to work independent and team.
