E-Commerce Admin/Customer Support Assistant
atDivyne London (Lionyard)We’re currently looking for a friendly, highly-organized individual to join our Ekkamai team, working to ensure customer happiness across our various e-commerce brands.
This position would be perfect for a fresh graduate or similar, looking to learn more about e-commerce in a hands-on environment.
Working alongside our E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, monitoring delivery statuses and working with our couriers to ensure fast & smooth deliveries of our customer’s orders.

Responsibilities
Working alongside our E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for customer happiness across our various brands. Your daily tasks will include:
- Managing customer inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, Email & LINE in a fast and effective manner
- Checking customer delivery addresses, monitoring delivery statuses and returns
- Managing courier calls and inquiries to ensure smooth deliveries for customers
- Following up with undelivered shipments and customer cancellations
- Assisting in general daily admin duties
