- บันทึกข้อมูลขาด ลา มาสาย การทำล่วงเวลาของพนักงาน และจัดทำรายงานสรุปทุกเดือน
- จัดซื้อ วัสดุ อุปกรณ์เครื่องเขียนให้สำนักงานใหญ่ และ สาขา
- ทำรายงานการเบิก-จ่ายของใช้ต่างๆของพนักงาน ทุกสาขา
- ดำเนินการ จัดทำและเก็บเอกสารต่างๆภายในแผนก เช่น ประวัติพนักงาน
- คีย์ข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงานตามงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ดูแลให้พนักงาน ปฏิบัติตามกฎ ระเบียบ และข้อบังคับต่างๆของบริษัท
- ทำหน้าที่ดูแลงาน การแจ้งเข้า – ออกประกันสังคม และงานประกันกลุ่ม
- สรรหาบุคลากร คัดใบสมัครเบื้องต้น
- มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจจัดการยื่นเรื่องแรงงานต่างด้าวได้ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
