Quality Control / Customer Service (Logistics)

Clients focus by providing high value support services and continual improvement with Quality Control Process and Voice of Customer to exceed customer expectations.
- Act as the primary contact for operation team on the service delivery to customers and pick-up activity from merchant
- Provide operational service support to the customers and merchant on ticket opened
- Handle customer and merchant queries and complaints through ticket management system
- Collaborate with other departments to solve customer issues in a timely manner
- Trace the problem until the problem is resolved completely
- Assist and support daily operation to ensure a delightful customer experience
- Understand customers' requests, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service with good analytical skills and problem-solving.
- Basic MS computer skills are required. Candidate from logistics business is preferred.
