IT / Application Support (Business Analyst Skill)

"Ensure system accuracy and functionality to support operations visibility and control."

  • Provide 1st level application support/guidance to users
  • Handle and resolution of day-today operational/application issues
  • Follow-up with tech team to result of the issues
  • Support problem resolutions by close collaboration with the next level support and regional IT team
  • Participate in Project implementation, Migration projects, UAT, parallel testing, and regression testing
  • Support Testing Preparation – build test scenarios, input to strategy, scope, test cases
  • Support in provide user training and training materials if required
  • Create/Update case Helpdesk can resolve the ticket and create incident weekly report
  • Analyze tickets trends to find out opportunities to reduce reoccurring tickets
  • Communicate with all stakeholders on problem statement, possible solutions, intermediate issues and overall status of work assigned.
  • Support in other tasks as assigned by superior
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-tasks and manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities
  • Good interpersonal skill, high responsibility
  • Able to work both independently while owning strong teamwork spirit
  • Off-hour working required to support until issue is result (if any)
  • Male or Female, age between 28-33 years old.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related fields
  • 5-7 years of experience in Application Support/Help desk
  • Experience in BA and Application Support role
  • Preferred knowledge in database (MS SQL)
  • Ability to provide logical, analytical and creative approach for problem solving
  • Preferred knowledge in logistics Operation
  • Ability to work in a team environment as team member or team leader
  • Good command of listening, writing and speaking in English
  • Able to optimize knowledge with job assignment and perform any job which assign by superior
  • Work hard and able to work under high pressure
  • Have good service mind for support and willing to do some routine jobs
