• Gather and analyze customer behaviors/needs in order to identify sub-segment and value proposition
• Define and implement segment strategies to build long-term profitability to the bank
• Review and propose business model for micro business customer
• Support and solve key issues for sale teams to ensure target achievement

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking business will be an advantage
