Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior System Analyst specializing in Web and Software systems to join our dynamic team. As a Senior System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge web and software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality systems that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

1.System Analysis and Design: Lead the analysis and design phases of web and software projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders to gather requirements, define system architecture, and create technical specifications.
2.Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level knowledge in web and software development technologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Evaluate new technologies and tools to recommend the most suitable solutions for the project. knowledge to design : SQL database, sequence diagram, ER diagram, software development specifications
3.Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
4.Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure the proper implementation of the designed systems, providing guidance, resolving technical challenges, and promoting best practices.
5.Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of web and software systems to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the delivery of robust, secure, and user-friendly applications.
6.Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, architectural diagrams, and user guides.
7.Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing the overall skill set of the team.
8.Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of system architecture and design principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, with a strong focus on web and software systems.

• Proven expertise in web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next js) and software development languages (e.g., Javascript, Python, .net, Next.js,) and database languages (e.g. SQL)

• Experience with system analysis and design methodologies, including creating technical specifications and architectural diagrams.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

• Familiarity with Data analyst is a plus.
