Regulatory Affairs

Monitor new and updated Thailand regulatory requirements, scientific developments, and industry trends.

Communicate changes to internal stakeholders and adjust regulatory strategies accordingly.

Regulatory Compliance

Prepare, review, and issue labelling specifications for local and export markets following company processes.

Conduct label compliance reviews, ensuring correct legal designations, claims, ingredient lists, and nutrition data.

Ensure proper implementation of graphic and techno-legal elements via CopyDeck and Syncforce.

Provide compositional and regulatory guidance to R&D, including acceptable ingredients and legal limits.

Review and approve raw materials, product specifications, recipes, allergens, nutrition data, and promotional materials to ensure compliance.

Regulatory Submissions

Support Supply Chain and Quality teams in preparing documents for product registrations, renewals, variations, and regulatory queries in line with Thailand requirements.

Training & Education

Deliver training and educational materials to enhance regulatory understanding and strengthen compliance culture across the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with R&D, Packaging, D2P, Quality & Food Safety, Marketing, Legal, and the regional team to support compliance across multi-market projects and simplify ways of working.

University Graduate in Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent.

Must have:

At least 2 years' experience in Regulatory Affairs within food industry of Thailand market, preferably coffee & tea industry.

Thorough understanding of Thai's Regulatory Affairs requirements and processes related to food legislation.

Considerable understanding of nutrition science and food safety

Understanding of product development, ingredients, manufacturing and business processes.

Good articulation and networking with Thailand's Local Industry Associations, Scientific Institutions and Government/Authority bodies

Excellent communication in English and Thai with multilingual ability, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines (Project Management Skills).

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
