Job Roles:

• Manage implementation of People Capability Solutions for each client so that Platform of Competency Management and Learning & Development Management is delivered to Key Account teams according to the agreed timeline.
• Coordinate with Key Account teams to obtain all client requirements related to functionality and user interface of People Capability Solutions and translate that into technical and non-technical implication to Content Solution and Technology teams.
• Coordinate with the Technology teams and UX/UI Specialist to adjust or change functionality and user interface of Platform for Competency Management and Learning & Development Management by prioritizing work into sprints.
• Prepare and deliver platform demonstration for new clients.
• Co-develop new platform solution based on client requirement with Technology teams.

• Global/regional/local leaders in Financial services, Retail and Consumer Products, Healthcare, Energy, and Industrial and Manufacturing
• Client engagement from Top management to Staff
