Job Roles: 

• Being the lead from the Content team to co-design with partner course content, flow and whole learning experiences of the course to be up to Iris standard.
• Designs and develops learning experience solutions using a variety of methods, techniques, and learning technologies, including develop appropriate learning assets and instructional materials
  • Design learning content by (a) researching data, (b) interviewing clients, (c) developing learning curriculum, (d) developing content
  • Develop various forms of content, including electronic/digital learning, workshop materials, etc. – by utilizing content authoring tools
• Manage and review accuracy, quality of content in pipeline.
• Oversee all phases of project, from initial discovery phase, rapid prototyping, evidence-based learning, and concept refinement to rigorous testing and delivery
• Directing the key contents for the design and production of materials and online course VDO.
• Translate business requirements into learning needs
• Lead innovative & new approaches and ensuring the quality of content to serve learners to apply in real-life after their learning.
• Being a gate in deciding potential partners and content to be qualified into the Iris content development pipeline.
• Facilitate learning content delivery

  Ideal Candidate’s Quality

• Bachelor/Master degree – no specific major required, but have following capabilities:
  • Working with various topics, mostly related to business and management
  • Analyzing, digesting large amount of data and structuring them into useful information for learning content
  • Using/quickly learning to use digital content authoring tools
  • Designing nice PowerPoint slides
  • Reading, writing, communicating fluently in Thai and English
• 2-3 years of experience in learning design or in training and development, online course/digital product development would be a plus.
• Flexible and adapt quickly to work in the dynamic work environment. Be able to work with speed and quality.
• Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Be able to manage multiple projects with little supervision.
• Interested in people development, and digital learning and technology
• Comfortable with startup and project-based working environment
