Human Resource Manager

Report to : Manager Director

  • General: Plans, organizes and manages all activities of Human Resources.  Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep top management informed of new developments.
  • Talent Management: Establishes standard recruiting, placement practices and procedures. Creates and manages innovative current and forward-looking recruiting initiatives.
  • Organizational Planning: Directs a process of organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design, and workforce forecasting throughout the company. Makes recommendations to senior management.  Directs a process of organizational development that addresses succession planning throughout the company.
  • Training & Development: Collaborates with line managers establishes in-house training programs that Address Company needs across functions.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Implements and periodically updates compensation programs; updates job descriptions as necessary; conducts regular salary surveys and makes compensation recommendations; roll out the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary.  Manages the company's benefits administration including vendor management, enrollment, and annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, plan design and compliance.
  • Employee Relations & Communications: Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale. 
  • Male/ Female age 35-45 years old.
  • Bachelor s Degree or higher in Human Resources Law Psychology Political Science or related field
  • At least 8 years experiences as a HR professional or HR generalist with 3-5 years in managerial level.
  • Good personality and human relations. Good English communication abilities.
  • Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office)
  • Proven team leader able to work under hight pressure.
  • Highly motivated self-driven results-oriented and act with a high sense of urgency
  • Good interpersonal orgizational presentation and communication skills
