The Specialist Security leads the design, deployment, and operational oversight of both physical and digital security systems across the manufacturing plant. This role bridges Operational Technology(OT/ICS), Information Technology (IT), and physical facility security to ensure zero disruption to production lines, protect intellectual property, and safeguard site personnel.

Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role

• Security Infrastructure & System Deployment Architecture and deployment of converged security systems, including video surveillance (CCTV) and physical access control systems (ACS).
• Security Operations & Service Oversight Manage day-to-day security service providers, third-party maintenance contractors, and physical guard force operations.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and penetration remediation for plant-floor systems during scheduled maintenance windows.
• Procedures, Governance & Compliance Author, implement, and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for plant security, emergency response, visitor management, and contractor access.
• Ensure site compliance with industrial security frameworks and standards.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training.
• Critical Scrap Management Oversees the procedure setup and execution method for critical scrap material management, including high value metal and sensitive production material.
• Vendor management for critical process, ensuring proper procedures are follow and comply to company's policy.

Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in security, facilities, IT, or a related engineering role.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV, access control, and security monitoring systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
