Finance & Accounting Executive
atiCash Corporation Co., Ltd.- This position will be responsible for the financial analysis, planning, reporting, forecasting and control activities and the actions and development of recommendations to achieve company financial objectives in different periods together with tax reporting.
- This position will oversee the development and implementation of financial targets and long-range plans aligned with the organization's strategic plans, including but not limited to annual and quarterly revenue and expense planning and forecasting as well as metrics analysis for P&L performance management, along with leading cost reduction initiatives and working cross functionally across various groups.
- This position will drive the development of revenue, margin, operating expense forecasts, detailed business plans, and forecasts with management. Identify opportunities for revenue and spending efficiencies, partnering with business leaders to understand the financial implications of strategic decisions.
- This position will help on cost analyses and product pricing together with the Finance & Accounting Manager and Sales & Marketing team.
- Manage a staff of financial analysts. Performs all personnel management activities for financial staff, including recruitment, coaching, training, performance evaluation and professional development.
- Account receivable or account payable.
- Other relevant project tasks assigned.
- Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting;
- Experienced in working with e-commerce business, payment gateway business, banks, insurance, etc. will be preferred.
- BS or BA in accounting, finance or related field required.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while performing a variety of complex and non-routine tasks.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills and the ability to pull and analyze data are required. Experience in Cognos, Hyperion Essbase, SAP and E1 is a plus.
