Introduction

As a Test Specialist at IBM, your analytical and technical skills will directly impact the quality of the software we create. Your Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibility:

• Help QA team on a project within client program
• Assist test lead in test planning
• Uses story acceptance criteria in test case development.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
• Be able to document defects in test management tools such as Jira
• Helps Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 2 years of work experience in software testing area
Minimum 2 years of work experience in banking industry
Relevant experience of working in web/mobile/front-end technologies
Experience in working on OS like MacOS, iOS, Unix and Windows
Knowledge of automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, etc.
Understanding of Agile development methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated
