The IBM CIO Help@IBM organization is transforming how we provide support services. We are looking for talented Technical Support Advisors to join a team and provide premium support to all IBM Employees.
What you will do:
This role requires outstanding communication, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
IBM will not be providing sponsorship for these positions now or in the future. Therefore, in order to be considered for this position, you must have the ability to work without a need for current or future sponsorship.Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 2 years technical support experience professionally and/or personally
- At least 2 years professional troubleshooting expertise
- Customer support experience and outstanding client focus
- Active listener with flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer needs
- Ability to multi-task
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Knowledge sharing
Highly experienced in technical support environment
Two plus years of client support experience
Experience with Agile practices applied in any customer services domain
