Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Business Sales & Delivery Executive, you will support IBM's consistent growth by bringing your business development, sales, account management, and delivery skills. You will be working with a highly motivated, highly successful team with a proven sales record in IBM's top technologies. Your Role and Responsibilities

• Work with client CFOs and senior management in the region - accelerating IBM's finance consulting practice, having expertise in finance advisory, program and change management. Implement and embed improvements and deliver sustainable value to clients transforming finance functions
• Advise client on creating finance function of the future, covering end to end spectrum on advisory, process outsourcing, intelligent workflows and technology solutions. This should cover Digital technology transformation, RPA, Process re-engineering, Target Operating Model design, advanced analytics and ERP
• Lead business development, generation of leads and presentation of proposals for business development activities across the market
• Lead a cross functional team to Sell and deliver Consulting programs, while developing follow up opportunities to take the client Finance function on a transformation journey
• Lead and deliver client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions transforming client finance organizations
• Build advisory team in the region. Coach and develop young talent to be the future leaders in consulting practice

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Relevant work experience as Senior Consultant in Finance transformation leader role in advisory capacity in Big 4 or global Services providers
• Previous Leadership role in finance organizations or consulting, advising CFOs on Finance transformation, process improvements, financial planning redesign, service delivery model design etc..
• Experience developing a vision for client finance organization, leading transformations encompassing finance process redesign, service delivery model development, and technology implementations.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with Finance in a exponential technologies such as process automation through robotics, AI, Blockchain, predictive analytics, visualization etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills, ability work with clients
