Accounting Receivable & Payable

- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องใบสั่งซื้อของลูกค้ากับใบสั่งขาย
- จัดทำใบเสร็จรับเงิน, ใบกำกับภาษี/ใบส่งของ/ใบแจ้งหนี้
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการวางบิลและรับเช็ค
- เตรียมเอกสารนำเช็คเข้าฝากธนาคาร
- จัดทำการรับชำระหนี้จากลูกหนี้ (ใบสำคัญรับ)
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีขาย
- รวบรวมเอกสารที่ใช้ในการพิจารณาเครดิตให้ลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องการกับอนุมัติเครดิต
- อนุมัติเครดิตให้ลูกค้า
- ทำเบิกจ่าย
-จัดทำบัญชีทั้งด้านจ่าย
-การจ่ายชำระหนี้
-การบันทึกบัญชีด้านเจ้าหนี้และทั่วไป
