Your new role

In this new role, you will be able to demonstrate your capabilities and innovation in driving Learning & Development through key activities as follow:

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Report on the training outcomes and evaluation summary as well as provide feedbacks
• Update and maintain employee’s training record
• Identify training needs, modifies existing programs, and implement new training programs
• Conduct orientations program for new hires and other courses to support the company's goals
• Follow up on training and documents processes of on-the-job training program, skills development program to ensure they are conducted and recorded properly.
• Prepare, coordinate, and submit all documents to Labour Skill Development
• To be an internal instructor and develop a training course.
• Support the employee engagement activity such as communication program, company’s annual activity, employee’s activity, CSR, and special event as assigned by company

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field.
• 3 – 5 years of working experience in training or HR development in MNC environment will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Human Resources Development tools and activity management.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Lightroom and Multimedia editor will be an advantage.
• Creative Thinking, good attitude, strong interpersonal skills, service-minded and a good team player.
