หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage day to day costing transactions and inventory operations.
• Preparing the Inventory count monthly, yearly with counting report summary.
• Prepare a monthly costing reports and presenting their findings to management.
• Collecting and analyzing data about a company's operational costs.
• Advising executives and upper management appropriate costing based on financial data.
• Coach and train less experienced accounting team members and help them to resolve problems.
• Assist with preparation of end of month accounts, via posting of journal expenditure accruals and reconciliations relating to cost/inventory accounts.
• Maintain a setting standard costs of manufactured goods.
• Periodic analysis and product costing allocation. Regularly review and analysis all costing recovery results.
• Purchase price variance analysis, usage variance and inventory adjustment.
• Production waste valuation, control and analysis.
• Ensure that costing operation comply with company procedure and Accounting standard and BOI regulation.
• Responsible for all BOI activities to ensure all BOI compliance.
• Provide costing data to Supply Chain Team in order to obtain FTA certificates.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting.
• 4- 5 years' Experience at the Cost Accountant level, preferably in manufacturing organization and experience working with External Auditor, RD, BOI, ISO and FTA, etc.
• Proven work experience as a Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst, Accountant or similar role.
• Ability to understand and articulate transactional impacts to financial statements.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand operational processes and an attention to details and strong time management skills
• High Computer Literacy Skills e.g. ERP, Microsoft Office especially Ms. Excel, Power Query, Power BI, etc.
• Able to communicate (written and verbal) in English.
