หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- Introduce and sell dance/acting courses tailored to customer needs
- Manage the customer journey from inquiry to enrollment and learning
- Build strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat enrollments
- Coordinate with marketing teams and instructors; support class operations
- Prepare sales reports and monitor monthly/quarterly targets
- Stay informed on promotions and courses, and communicate effectively with customers|
คุณสมบัติ
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or education (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork and coordination abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexible to work evenings or weekends, depending on class schedules
