หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- Develop creative concepts and content for T-POP artists’ online programs and social media.
- Design program formats, write scripts, and oversee production (Pre–Post).
- Collaborate with producers, graphic designers, marketing teams; basic short-form video editing (Capcut).
- Create digital/online campaigns, analyze audience behavior, and track trends.
- Pitch ideas to management/partners and manage the creative team to deliver on plan.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Creative/Content/Program Development (online/social media focus).
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms (TikTok, IG, X, Facebook, YouTube).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Experience in online program formats or music industry (T-POP/K-POP) is a plus.
