atGlean co.HOE role is pillar of the team. Some may call you the Business Operation Manager but here at Glean, you are the Head Of Everything. You'll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader.
- Leading the team to accomplish given task by facilitating and encouraging contribution from other team members
- First responsible person for team's objective
- Put team's strategy to action plan
- Bonding team to work efficiently together.
- Basic Microsoft program for business management
- Fluent in giving presentation and public speaking
- Basic financial knowledge for business management
- Operation set up capability
