We are hiring a Market Access Manager.
As Market Access Manager, You will lead market access efforts in Thailand to improve patient access and support business growth. You will build trusted relationships with government agencies, payers, hospitals and healthcare providers. You will work closely with colleagues in commercial, medical and regulatory teams. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, payers, hospital leaders and healthcare providers.
- Develop and implement local market access strategies for reimbursement and private market channels.
- Prepare value dossiers, pricing proposals and budget impact analyses with internal/external partners.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and support negotiations for formulary inclusion, contracts or managed access arrangements.
- Monitor health policy, reimbursement rules and market trends and recommend clear actions.
- Support field teams with market access tools, training and evidence to enable access conversations.
- Generating evidence of the value of drugs and interventions, guiding decision-making, and improving patient outcomes.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Health Economics, Life Sciences, Public Health, Business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in market access, payer engagement, reimbursement or related roles in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector in Thailand.
- Practical knowledge of Thai healthcare policy, reimbursement pathways and procurement processes.
- Experience preparing HTA or reimbursement dossiers, pricing proposals or budget impact analyses.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with external payers or government bodies.
- Effective communication skills in Thai and English; willingness to travel within Thailand.
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Advanced degree (Master’s, MPH, MSc, MBA) or formal training in health economics or outcomes research.
- Experience with value-based healthcare initiatives or managed entry agreements.
- Experience working with regional or global market access teams in a matrix environment.
- Familiarity with health technology assessment processes in Thailand.
- Proficiency with data tools and Excel for modelling and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
