• Strategic Planning:

• Lead the development and implementation of the company's strategic plan, aligning with the overall business goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the fashion industry.
• Evaluate the performance of fashion products and collections, using insights to refine strategies and improve market positioning.
• Provide recommendations on product assortments, pricing, and marketing approaches based on market analysis.

• Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fashion sector, including market expansion, new product lines, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

• Financial Performance:

• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic initiatives.
• Monitor the performance of business development activities against targets, making adjustments as needed.

Qualification

• Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategy, business development, Consultancy and financial.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading complex projects.
• Strong background in market analysis, financial modeling, strategic planning and business development.
• Fluent in English: both writing and speaking.
• Thai nationality preferred; must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in Thai.
