Welcome! Responsibilities: Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions including presale solutions. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and find customer requirements. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports or minute of meeting. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Working closely with customers, implementer team, and managerial staff. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Performing user acceptance testing, documentation, and training user. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects including project quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinating with implementer team to support tickets and participate in an on-call support as required. Aware of Best Practice for tool implementation. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related. At least 3-5 years of experience in role of Business or System Analyst. Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders; such as clients and internal team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels. Can work as a team, must be able to work under pressure. Project management skills to ensure all deliverables are on time, within budget and of high quality Problem solving skill. Good in English. Experience of designing, developing and/or implementing ITIL aligned processes including ITSM, ITAM solutions would be an advantage. ITIL Certification (Foundation, Specialist) would be an advantage.
