Working Hour: Monday to Friday at 08:30 to 17:30 (Hybrid work)

Workplace: Suntower A Building (BTS Mo chit// MRT Chatuchak)

Salary: 18K-28K THB (based on work experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage data, reports, spreadsheets, and documents
• Perform general administration works of Legal support
• Perform general affairs task such as facility management.
• Coordinating and arranging internal and external events
• Provide operation support and assistance proper and timely management
• Perform other ad hoc assignments when needed.

Job requirements:

• Thai native with a bachelor’s degree of Law or related filed.
• Basic legal knowledge is preferred to support General Affairs & HR, e.g., contract, service agreement, or official application.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written in Thai. (formal & informal)
• Good command in English
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent service mind and coordinating skills
• Problem-solver, attention to detail, and team player
• Must have the ability to organize administrative paperwork and documentation accurately and effectively
• Able to onboard immediately will be highly considered
