Fruitdee is a fast-growing company supplying process fruit; primarily frozen fruit, to leading multinational companies. We develop product based on customers need and provide constant supply of fruit products to ensure customers can sell their products as planned. We are expanding business within, but not limited to, East and Southeast Asia

Responsibilities:

• Contact oversea trade partners to ensure delivery as planned and maintain long-term relationship
• Expand potential customer base and explore new and emerging oversea market
• Coordinate with shipping and forwarder
• Attend trade fair

Activities:

• Regularly communicate with oversea customers/trade partners to deliver product as plan (sales activity is mainly conducted online and phone)
• Explore potential oversea customer and develop into sales order
• Coordinate with logistic companies, shipping, freight forwarder for delivery and monitor shipping cost
• Keep track of shipment status
• Review export document
• Station at booth for relevant trade shows
• Contact various government agencies for trade / trade relevant documentation
• Back up oversea purchasing team if needed

Knowledge & Skill:

• Business Level of English (expect TOEIC over 600)
• Chinese (Mandarin) literacy is a plus
• Be able to adjust to dynamic work environment
• Team work attitude
• Good MS Office skill, especially Excel
• Familiar with social media

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor degree on relevant department
• 3 years experience

Working Condition:

• Base in Laksi, Bangkok
• Attend trade shows and events in Thailand and abroad
• Work Mon-Fri (phone standby on Sat)
