• Support users and troubleshoot IT- related problems according to priority/ user/ project requirements (including but not limited to setting server access allowance, email, printer ID and password, assigning telephone number for new employees, briefing new employees on the company's network system and printer, taking care of call center's server, telephone, voice record system, coordinating with vendors etc.).
• Ensure network systems and server function smoothly (performance monitoring) and identify key improvements on IT.
• Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
• Server maintenance & backup.
• Perform other tasks/ admins duties assigned by MD/ GM/ CEO.
• Service minded.
• Good analytical, Troubleshooting, and Problem solving abilities.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or IT related fields.
• Minimum of 2 year experience in IT Support / Admin/ System and Network management.
• Knowledge both of IT Infrastructure and IT risk management.
• Knowledge in MS Windows and Office 365.
• Knowledge in MS SQL Server Experience in HP, Dell Server.
• Experienced in Network, LAN, WAN, WLAN, DHCP, Firewall, Router, AP and Switch Experience in System Storage, AD, DNS, IIS, File Server and CCTV.
• Experienced in VMware and Hyper-V Experience in Backup Exec and Veeam Backup.
• Knowledge in Call Center system (PABX Analog phone, headset and voice recorder).
