- Build and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the executive management
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับหน่วยงานต่างๆในองค์กร
- Designs the set of different compensation and benefits policies
- ออกแบบ / จัดทำนโยบาย สวัสดิการและผลประโยชน์ของพนักงานในแต่ละสายงาน
- Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
- ออกแบบโครงสร้าง สวัสดิการและผลประโยชน์พื้นฐานของพนักงานในองค์กร ตามวัฒนธรรม องค์กร
- Co ordinates compensation processes like the salary planning , bonus planning and incentive schemes development
- เพศ ชาย-หญิงอายุ 28-38 ปี
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์
- สาขาการจัดการ สาขารัฐศาสตร์ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- -ประสบการณ์ 5 - 10 ปี
- ทำงาน วันจันทร์-วันศุกร์
