- Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to provide strategic legal advice and support key business decisions..
- Develop and execute the company's legal strategy to align with long-term business objectives and organizational growth..
- Lead enterprise-wide legal risk assessment and mitigation, ensuring legal risks are proactively identified and effectively managed across the organization..
- Establish and strengthen corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and internal policies across the group companies..
- Provide legal guidance on commercial contracts, strategic partnerships, investments, and other high-value business transactions..
- Lead negotiations for critical commercial agreements while balancing legal protection with business objectives..
- Manage legal matters involving regulatory authorities, disputes, investigations, and business-critical situations to protect the company's interests and reputation..
- Drive Legal Operations (LegalOps) transformation by improving legal processes, workflows, documentation, and technology to enhance operational efficiency..
- Build strong relationships with regulators, external legal counsel, business partners, and other key stakeholders..
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.). A Lawyer License is an advantage..
- 7-10+ years of experience in corporate legal, commercial law, governance, or compliance, gained from a leading law firm and/or an in-house legal department..
- Proven experience advising CEOs, executive management, or senior business leaders on strategic legal matters..
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, enterprise risk management, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal practices..
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to balance legal risks and commercial opportunities..
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills..
- Excellent command of both Thai and English..
- Preferred Qualifications.
- Experience in technology, software, digital platforms, fintech, or startup environments..
- Experience leading Legal Operations (LegalOps) transformation..

- Serve as a consultative business partner, translating complex technology solutions into high-value business opportunities for B2B and B2G sectors.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key government stakeholders.
- Lead customer engagement activities to identify business needs, address pain points, and strengthen the opportunity pipeline.
- Analyze Government Terms of Reference (TOR) and lead end-to-end proposal development to support competitive bidding and project success.

- Demonstrated success in partner development, stakeholder management, and winning large-scale projects.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, for international coordination and executive-level presentations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, especially in interpreting complex technical requirements and Government TOR documents.
- Results-driven, resilient, and able to work effectively in a dynamic business environment.
- Preferred Qualifications.
- Strong understanding of B2G sales cycles, government bidding, and public procurement processes.
- Familiarity with Blockchain, Digital Identity (DID), Cybersecurity, or advanced software technology solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams and senior-level stakeholders.
