Operation Support (6 Months Contract)
atFinema Co., Ltd.Scope of Work
· เฝ้าระวังและติดตามความพร้อมใช้งานของระบบ (Availability), ประสิทธิภาพ (Performance), ความจุ (Capacity) และบริการด้าน IT ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
· ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ Hosting, Email Server และการจัดการ DNS
· ให้การสนับสนุน Service Request และ Incident Case ตามกระบวนการ ITSM
· ตรวจสอบการใช้งานทรัพยากรของระบบ รวมถึง Threshold และ Alert ต่าง ๆ เช่น CPU, Memory, Disk Space และ Process Services
· ปฏิบัติงานด้าน Technical System Support ประจำวัน พร้อมเสนอแนะแนวทางปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของระบบ
· ให้การสนับสนุนพื้นฐานด้านระบบปฏิบัติการ Linux และระบบเครือข่าย (Network)
· ตรวจสอบและติดตามสถานะการสำรองข้อมูล (Backup), ฐานข้อมูล (Database) และระบบแอปพลิเคชัน
· จัดทำรายงานสรุป Ticket และการดำเนินงานด้าน ITSM รายสัปดาห์และรายเดือน
Experience & Education
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน System Monitoring, IT Operations หรือ Technical Support อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี
