We are a startup and we’re growing fast! We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will effectively use existing advertising platforms, as well as explore new and alternate platforms in order to maximize ROI. You will be constantly diversifying your advertising efforts on a global scale and local scale, so always be prepared to learn!

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid media marketing to ensure campaigns effectiveness across the business
• Allocate/monitor and analyze advertising budget for campaigns on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Identify the parameters to track performance, develop tracking dashboards and identify products that will bring the highest ROI
• Regularly execute A/B testing in order to achieve maximum ROI
• Stay up to date with the market trend and deliver a competitive marketing analysis
• Collaborate with graphic designers, social media specialists, and other stakeholders
• Using own media channels; such as website, in-app homepage banner, popup, floating icon, push notification, and other media assets within our app
• Plan monthly schedule for owned media in order to support the campaigns and promotions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration, and related field
• Experienced in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Twitter ads, LINE ads, etc. (Google ads is a plus)
• Project management and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• Can speak and write English/Thai
• Strong communication and presentation skills
