Recruitment Manager
atEver Medical Technology Co., Ltd.Specific Responsibilities:
You will be primarily responsible for designing and implementing our overall recruiting strategy.
You'll work closely with all our team leads to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.a
You'll prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
You'll be responsible for sourcing and recruiting quality candidates through databases, social media, and other platforms.
You will be the first point of contact for screening candidates’ resumes and job applications.
You'll help team leads conduct interviews to filter and select quality candidates that will match the position and our company values.
You'll help assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
You’ll ensure that every candidate who interacts with Ever walks away with a positive impression of the company, regardless of final outcomes.
Who we are looking for:
Proven work experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews and assess culture fit.
Hands-on experience with HR and recruiting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong people intuition
Strong decision-making skills.
BS/MS in Human Resources Management preferred but not required.
