Specific Responsibilities:

• You will be primarily responsible for designing and implementing our overall recruiting strategy.

• You'll work closely with all our team leads to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.a

• You'll prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.

• You'll be responsible for sourcing and recruiting quality candidates through databases, social media, and other platforms.

• You will be the first point of contact for screening candidates’ resumes and job applications.

• You'll help team leads conduct interviews to filter and select quality candidates that will match the position and our company values.

• You'll help assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

• You’ll ensure that every candidate who interacts with Ever walks away with a positive impression of the company, regardless of final outcomes.

Who we are looking for:

• Proven work experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).

• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews and assess culture fit.

• Hands-on experience with HR and recruiting software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong people intuition

• Strong decision-making skills.

• BS/MS in Human Resources Management preferred but not required.
