Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute the fixed broadband technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a future-proof network infrastructure.

Network Architecture & Design:

• Oversee the design and implementation of fixed broadband networks (fiber-optic, copper, next-gen technologies) to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Technology Innovation:

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance broadband services, capacity, and customer experience.

Operational Management:

• Ensure seamless service delivery and high availability of fixed broadband services, addressing operational challenges effectively.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and architects, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Vendor & Partner Management:

• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance of broadband solutions.

Budget & Resource Management:

• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective implementation of technology initiatives.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for broadband networks, providing insights and improvement recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications are a plus.

Experience:

• 15+ years in telecommunications, with at least 7 years in a leadership role focused on fixed broadband technologies.

Technical Expertise:

• Deep knowledge of fixed broadband technologies, including FTTH, FTTC, DSL, GPON, and Cable TV Broadcasting.
• Familiarity with FTTx, IPRAN, core network design, protocols, and standards.
• Experience with Fixed Broadband OSS, EMS, ACS, and Telco Tools integration.
• Expertise in E2E automation, network automation, and orchestration tools to drive efficiency and productivity.

Leadership & Business Acumen:

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and driving cost-efficiency initiatives.
