We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity at Ericsson for a Planning and Engineering specialist. This role is at the heart of our operations, offering the chance to directly shape our services and resource coordination, manage our projects, and contribute to our continued growth. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for the short to medium-term planning and design of our services both within the Infrastructure and Product Life cycle Management. Your skills will be instrumental in post-incident analyses serving as part of our Problem Management process. You'll also dive into the domain of our network's performance and capacity management, ensuring optimized service delivery and utilization.
What you will do:- Engage in long and medium-term service and resource planning and infrastructure design.
- Carry out short-term planning and detailed design of new or enhanced services or resources to align with project requirements.
- Conduct thorough post-incident analysis as part of the Problem Management process and approve changes that impact the network or the service.
- Manage network (and service) performance and capacity, ensuring optimised services and resources that align with Ericsson's needs and business growth projections.
- Identify capacity-related add-on sales and analyze performance and capacity reports.
- Approve and execute infrastructure optimization initiatives.
