About this opportunity:
We are seeking a results-driven Cash Collection & Credit Management Manager to lead a high-performing team, responsible for optimizing cash collection, minimizing AR Overdue and mitigating credit risk of Ericsson. This role is essential to ensuring the financial health of Ericsson by driving effective cash collection strategies, delivering accurate cash collection forecasting, and enhancing working capital performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance, accounts receivable management, and credit management area.
What you will do:
- Leadership & Team Management
o Leading the team to drive cash collection performance and to secure the application of Credit management directive in MOAI.
- Performance driver on Cash Collection optimization and AR Due improvement
o To identify and to drive actions towards cash collection performance barriers by leading cross-functional resolutions with stakeholders and customers.
o To develop and to implement Wow and policies to improve collection efficiency and to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding). Also to safeguard Ericsson in credit management areas.
- Credit Risk Management
o Collaborate with the Market Area Credit Manager and Global Credit Control teams for effective credit management applications in MOAI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
o Strong Partnership with Hub & Group Treasury on customer financing solutions such as SOR, Letters of Credit (LC), and LC discounting..
o Strengthening networking and collaboration with Global Credit Control team to improve processes and to manage credit risk in Market Area in most efficient way.
- Process Optimization & Reporting
o Compliance
o Provide timely and accurate reporting & management reporting on Cash Collection, Balance Sheets and Credit Management area.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Certified Accountant is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in cash collection, credit control, including at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep knowledge of credit risk frameworks, AR management, and working capital optimization.
- A deep understanding of various financial instruments and market dynamics analysis.
- Financial & Business Acumen – Deep understanding of financial drivers, credit risk, and collection management.
- Performance Drive – Ability to translate data and forecasts into actionable business insights, to be able to lead the team for cash collection result optimization
- Customer Orientation – Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
- Communication & Influence – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, story telling and influencing skill should be in good level.
- Change & Process Leadership – Skilled at driving process improvements and managing through change.
- Analytical & Decision-Making Skills – Strong ability to analyse data and to lead for actions
