An international executive recruitment company, Elitez Group of Companies is hiring on behalf of a leading debt restructuring partner for financial institutions across Southeast Asia for Senior Collections Manager position, based in Thailand. We are looking for a hands-on, proactive incumbent who is enthusiastic about making a difference in an ever-growing organization and always hungry for growth.

Responsibilities:

Oversee efficient collection activities. Manage collection outsourcing activities. Oversee client requirements and collections strategies. Provide regular portfolio updates to Senior Management. Manage teams to achieve collection targets. Train and advise subordinates and Outsourcing Agents. Strengthen collectors' collection skills. Monitor productivity and performance with Team Leaders. Conduct monthly performance reviews. Ensure compliance with collection policies and procedures. Lead team to achieve KPIs and targets.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in debt collection experience of which 3-5 years in team leadership. Excellent supervisory, leadership, and management skills. Experience in Financial Institute, Banking, or Leasing company. Experienced in managing and controlling OA team. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, English communication, and analytical skills.
