- ชาย/ หญิง อายุ 26 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีบัตรนายหน้าประกันวินาศภัย
- เคยผ่านงาน Motor มาอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ
- บริหารทีมงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้
