Software Developer - C Program (Trading Application)
atDST Worldwide Services (Thailand) Ltd.- Analyzes, designs, programs, and modifies software improvements and/or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based or Internet-related computer programs.
- Develop software that is used in commercial or end-user applications in financial management, mobile apps or desktop applications products.
- Using current programming languages and technologies, leveraging BDD (Behavior Drive Development)/TDD (Test Driven Development) methodologies writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications.
- Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
- Work closely with the team to understand client requirements, delivery schedules and assigned deliverables, including any changes to these.
- Analyze and promptly communicate the required effort, achievement, dependencies and technical risks to the Project Manager or Project Leader.
- Adheres to Software Engineering and Information Security Controls.
- Contributes to department objectives and outcomes as guided.
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related majors (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.)
- 1.5 years ++ with programming experience demonstrating a comprehensive application of programming principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Experience working with C /C++ programming ; Third-party libraries and APIs ; SVN, GIT
- Have background in UNIX, OpenVMS (Open Virtual Memory System), SQL would be an advantage
- Deep understanding of the MVC design pattern and Object-Oriented-Programming would be an advantage
- Proven experience in designing small- to medium-sized applications or multiple components of larger applications with successful implementations
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision while still being able to work within a team environment
- English skills: Able to communicate in situations related to routine work and social situations
