- Doctors' schedule management
- Patients sourcing through digital platforms
- Managing the demand (patients) and supply (doctors) during our operating hours
- Candidate is expected to source and manage doctor and patient flows on our platform. Hours are flexible for candidate but he/she needs to work from 5-8pm Mon-Fri.
- Candidate must be able to utilize social media (Facebook, Line, etc) effectively to source and manage patients
- Proficiency in English would be useful but not essential
- Be customer oriented
- Prior experience in sales online, community management, or customer management is important
- Experience in medical field would be good
